Small Group Classes

We are offering small, individualized training for flag football! We are offering them in 6u/8u/10u/12u training. This is for any and all skill levels. We will work on speed and agility, catching, route running, flag pulling, defensive awareness and techniques and football IQ.

If you have just begun flag football or have been around for years this will help you progress in your flag football skill.

Dates: The week of August 5 through the week of Dec 9
There will be no classes on Labor Day week/No classes on Fall Break Week/No classes on Thanksgiving Break week.
6u - Mondays at Sweetwater Park 5-6 PM
8u - Mondays at Sweetwater Park 6-7 PM
10u - Wednesdays at Sweetwater Park - 5-6 PM
12u - Wednesdays at Sweetwater Park - 6-7 PM

There will also be a Quarterback fundamental class offered. You can participate in both if you want to work on QB skills as well.

Thursday's 5-6 PM at Sweetwater Park

Cost: $300 for the semester - that is less than $20 per class!

We are keeping class sizes small; we are only taking 15 kids. If there is enough interest, we will open up another day. Register quickly to secure your spot!

Fall Semester - Quarterback - Fundamentals

We are offering a 16 week course for 6-12 age players to learn the fundamentals of flag football, speed, agility, and good technique in running, catching and throwing.

This will be on Thursday's at Sweetwater Park from 5-6. There are 16 class sessions. No sessions on Holiday Weeks or Fall Break. It will cost $300 for the semester which is less than $20 per week. We are only taking 15 players on a first come first serve basis.
